Shira Litwack

Bio

Shira Litwack admittedly is a self-reporting science geek, and research is her passion. Ms. Litwack has a BSc in
Psychology & Chemistry, is an Addiction Recovery Counselor, and has completed the Canadian School of
Natural Nutrition (CDNN) Holistic Nutrition program. She has further education in chronic care management,
holistic nutrition, oxidative stress, addiction recovery, smoking cessation, and cancer exercise, and holds an
impressive 18 exercise designations, including that of Cancer Exercise Institute Master Trainer.

Shira is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) subject matter expert, a professional speaker, and has been published in hundreds of resources over the last 12 years. In her current practice, she is serving as a COVID-19 product testing and protocol specialist for clinics, conducts in-person coaching for people with chronic medical conditions, and corporate/employee health risk assessments.

Shira has been in chronic care management, lifestyle habits, and prevention for 30 years, specializing in chronic inflammation, which she strongly believes is at the root of all of our chronic illnesses—physical and psychological. She follows an integrative approach to healing, where disease prevention and recovery are all about orchestrating one’s inner cacophony into a beautiful symphony, and that exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits construct our inner ecosystem, determining whether we fend off, or succumb, to illness.
